Characterization – Description of a Character

JJ is a guy from America who ended up in London because of his girlfriend, which now is his ex-girlfriend. He used to play in a band, but the band broke up and now he’s delivering pizzas. He was thinking of killing himself because he felt hollow inside without the music. He is a guy who doesn’t talk much and when he talks he isn’t talking useless stuff. I like his character, besides of that he wanted to kill himself, because he is calm and has a kind of cool aura. But I don’t like that he has just given up on music when the band had split, he could have just kept playing on music and look for a new band or something like that. Just crying over how great it was with the band just doesn’t help.
