Recount – What happened in the Book


Four people have decided to end their life and by coincidence they meet each other. They end up meeting each other because their story gets into the paper because one of them used to be a famous TV presenter. Through this newspaper story and through the craziness of Jess, a teenager who’s father happens to be a junior education minister, and they meet again. They start talking about their problems and they more or less try to sort them out a bit. The book ends with that they figured out that they’re not going to kill themselves and they’ll meet each other from time to time.
